The wind reaches Guangdu
On the ancient Xianxia Trail
A village rich in history and culture
Slow down your pace
To seek the poetic charm of a thousand years
At the entrance of the village stands the Grand Hall, also known as Wenchang Pavilion
Walking along the path to its front door
The inscription "Sai Wudang" on the lintel showcases powerful calligraphy
The ancient three-story connected structure resembles a pagoda
Each level of the octagonal building features eaves and corners that curve upward
Time has left its mark on the weathered walls
Fields surround the exterior
While the interior carries the weight of history
Climbing the steep and narrow wooden stairs leads to the second and third floors
Opening each wooden lattice window
Reveals a picturesque Chinese pastoral scene
Blending the historical site with the natural world
"The Village of Scholars Beneath Songfeng Mountain"
Guangdu Village, known for its literary heritage and tradition of farming and studying
Despite enduring wars, it still preserves the Wenchang Academy and Quanjing Private School
Walking into the village along the cobblestone paths
You’ll find ancient wells, old trees, and historic residences
A temple, a nunnery, three memorial arches
Six sons, seven scholars, four generations, ten top-ranking officials
Three-hundred-year-old and five-hundred-year-old camphor trees are everywhere
The simple yet profound texture of history
When the wind blows
It seems to narrate the changes of a thousand years
Time gently flows through the Guangdu River
Away from the hustle and bustle
Let your body and mind embark on a free and unrestrained journey
