Leisure Trip to Kang County, Longnan: Enjoying Slow Rural Time in Huaqiao Village

As soon as the car entered Kang County, Longnan, it was surrounded by refreshing greenery. The first stop, Huaqiao Village, was already layered with autumn colors, perfectly embodying the vivid image of a "beautiful countryside." Under the millennium-old Bodhi tree, embraced by three people at the village entrance, the bluestone path extends into the village. The cracks hide traces of the ancient Tea Horse Road, and the maple trees beside the path are passionately red. The scattered red leaves fall on your shoulders like an invitation from autumn.

Strolling slowly along the village road without rushing is the most comfortable way to enjoy Huaqiao Village. In the Tea Horse Road Museum, old tea baskets and copper bells are quietly displayed. Gently touching the display cases feels like touching the slow time of the past. At the small teahouse beside the folk square, order a pot of local guanguan tea, watch the tea leaves bubble in the coarse pottery pot, and pair it with a piece of sweet walnut bread. Bask in the warm autumn sun and let time flow slowly. When tired, take a walk on the leisure trail at the edge of the village. Wildflowers sway in the wind by the roadside, and occasionally a few chickens peck at food by the path. The whole village is immersed in a relaxed and carefree atmosphere, making people involuntarily slow down and enjoy this rural tranquility.
