During my Malaysia trip, I had the chance to enjoy a fantastic lunch at Hai Kah Lang, a restaurant awarded the Michelin recognition in 2022. The moment I walked in, the ambiance of fresh seafood and lively conversations set the tone for a delightful dining experience.

I ordered their signature Fried Fish Cake and Fried Fish Mackerel, and both dishes were absolutely satisfying. The Fried Fish Cake had a golden crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior that melted in the mouth. The Fried Fish Mackerel, on the other hand, was perfectly cooked, retaining its juiciness and offering a rich, savory taste.

What truly stood out was their meticulous setup, showcasing live seafood and a vibrant kitchen. It gave an authentic and engaging vibe that added to the overall experience. If you're ever in Malaysia, I highly recommend stopping by this place for a seafood feast worth remembering.
