While browsing around TRX for dinner, I stumbled upon Hai Kah Lang, a restaurant brimming with local ambiance. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the open kitchen allowed me to watch the food being prepared, which was incredibly satisfying 👀. The menu featured a variety of seafood-based noodles and sides, and I ordered the signature fish wonton noodles and fish cakes. The broth had a distinctly seafood flavor yet was clean and clean, with barely any fishy smell, satisfying from the first spoonful 😋. The noodles were just the right amount of chewiness and paired well with the broth, and the wontons were soft and filling. The fish cakes, in particular, were chewy and seasoned well, delicious on their own or dipped in the broth. The air-conditioned restaurant was perfect for the hot weather, and the staff was quick to process orders and serve, keeping the wait short.
