Cafe etc. is a local cafe with a pleasant and clean atmosphere, but the clientele is mostly foreigners. You'll see people bringing work items to enjoy brunch, either with friends or working on their projects, making it a great place to work. However, it's so popular that you shouldn't stay too long! There's often a wait!
