Not your ordinary kind of hotel in Kyoto

We were recommended to book this place when visiting Kyoto and we have no regrets! We were so happy with our stay because this is not that kind of ordinary hotel room, it’s so Japanese and the floor are layered with Tatami mat, so we can’t wear our shoes in this place. There are so many freebies here, such as free ice cream, onsen, free flow matcha green tea, late night ramen and massage chair, what else can you ask for right??

The room is so comfortable, it came with a Japanese style table and sofa. The bed is so soft and comfy, although the pillow is abit hard for me but that was no big deal.

The onsen was good, good selection of different pool to enjoy. I love how you can use the massage chair after the onsen and there is free flow ice cream service at night as well. I absolutely love this place!! This is definitely one of my highlight of my Kyoto trip!
