I went on a food tour of Matsushima, one of Japan's Three Scenic Views!!

To enjoy a food tour of Matsushima, first get off at Matsushima-Kaigan Station. 🚃

From there, just a few minutes' walk will take you to the restaurants!
Matsushima is synonymous with oysters! There are so many oyster restaurants that it's hard to decide where to eat. 🥺

Today, I'll introduce four recommended spots. ✨

① Pensee
This shop is famous for its curry bread!
It's filled with whole oysters and is incredibly satisfying. ◎

② Matsushima Kamaboko Honpo Main Store
Here, you can try hand-baking sasakama (sasakama)!
The freshly baked sasakama is the most delicious I've ever had. 🤤

③ Oyster Cracker Honke
I tried raw oysters here!
The oysters are big and plump! 🦪

④Genzo
Eating grilled oysters while enjoying the view of Matsushima is the best! ✨
