🚗 Departing from Osaka by chartered car, we crossed the magnificent Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and quickly arrived at "England Hill" on Awaji Island. This park is far more than just a flower field or amusement park; it offers an immersive holiday experience with a touch of British charm.

⛲️ The first sight that greets you is the vast, rolling green hills, lush meadows, and flocks of white sheep scattered across the landscape. Iconic Tudor-style timber-framed buildings, stone cottages, and meticulously maintained gardens complete the scene. The air is filled with the fresh scent of grass and flowers, accompanied by the soothing sounds of countryside music, instantly setting the holiday mood.

🐑 The park's most unforgettable feature is undoubtedly its rich animal interaction programs.
• Sheepdog and Sheep Show: At the circular plaza on "Sheep Hill," we watched an impressive sheepdog performance. The intelligent Border Collies followed commands and efficiently herded the sheep, leaving us in awe. After the show, visitors can feed the sheep and touch their fluffy wool.
-
• Alpaca Walk: This is the park's star attraction! We were lucky to lead a gentle alpaca along a designated path. Its curious and adorable demeanor became the highlight of our photo album.
-
• Cuddling Rabbits and Guinea Pigs: In the "Small Animal Forest," we sat on mats and gently held soft, fluffy rabbits and guinea pigs. Their calm and cuddly nature melted our hearts.

🌹 The park boasts flowers in every season: poppies in spring, roses in early summer, lavender and sunflowers in summer, and kochia and cosmos in autumn. No matter when you visit, you'll encounter a vibrant palette of colors.

🍴 For lunch, we chose the "British Pub Prince's Restaurant" within the park. The interior decor resembled a movie set, and we ordered classic fish and chips and Awaji beef burgers. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with thick-cut fries and tartar sauce, making for an authentic meal. The Awaji milk ice cream and pudding were rich and creamy, a must-try.
-
💗 Before leaving, we visited the "Glass Workshop" to watch artisans craft exquisite glassware. At the souvenir shop, we purchased Awaji Island specialties and alpaca plush toys, concluding a perfect day.
