🍹 The birthplace of wave soda is Nagasaki?
Passing through the open space before exiting the island, I found a market selling classic glass bottled boko soda (ラムネ), which turns out to be its birthplace in Nagasaki! Boko soda (ラムネ) was born in the 19th century and was first introduced by foreign merchants in Nagasaki Port

📍Nagasaki Deshima Market

🍛 Nagasaki limited "Turkish rice" is not related to Turkey?
I saw many Nagasaki restaurants selling "Turkish rice (トルコライス)", I thought it was Turkish cuisine, but in fact this dish is completely unique to Nagasaki creative cuisine, not directly related to Turkey!
The standard pairing of Turkish rice: curry pork chop rice, pasta, fried shrimp
The dish is said to have been created by a Nagasaki restaurant in the 1960s and was inspired by a mix of European cuisines.

🍽 Recommended Restaurant: Tsuruchan
It is said to be the first restaurant in Nagasaki to serve Turkish rice!
📍Address: 2-47 Yuyacho, Nagasaki

🍦 Nagasaki limited! Chirin Chirin ice cream
Walk to the Glasses Bridge and find a super eye-catching blue ice cream truck selling a special “Chirin Chirin ice cream” that you can only see at Nagasaki sightseeing spots! The ice cream master will slowly build it into flower shapes with a shovel. The reason why this ice cream is called "Chirin Chirin" is because the owner makes a "Chirin Chirin" sound when he scoops the ice cream!

📍Can be found near the Eyeglass Bridge and major sightseeing spots in Nagasaki
💰About 200-300 yen
