Lap An Lagoon is one of Hue’s best-kept secrets. I visited in the late afternoon, when the tide was low and the water mirrored the mountains and sky. The peaceful vibe was incredible. I had fresh oysters at a floating restaurant while the summer sun dipped below the clouds. It’s calm, quiet, and so picturesque. It felt like the kind of place only locals know about—and I felt lucky to be there.
