Feeling Special from the Start

From the moment we arrived， we felt like we were treated uniquely. The staff were all welcoming， cheerful， and eager to assist in any way. We faced a medical issue during our stay， and they were incredibly supportive， arranging a doctor and tending to my additional needs. Special thanks to our butlers Rao and Mahen who were outstanding， and to Girish， our beach butler， whose cocktail-making skills and attention to our enjoyment at the beach were remarkable. We stayed in an Ocean View Villa with a private heated pool， which was simply perfect， offering privacy and stunning design. The exclusive villa beach was a lovely addition， as were the daily canapés. We were located next to The Residence， which lacked beach facilities， and guests often tried to access the Lux beach but were redirected， so Lux is ideal for beach enthusiasts. The food was diverse and of excellent quality. Entertainment was basic but sufficient for a resort focused on relaxation rather than a "party atmosphere." The beds were extremely comfortable and the mini bar in the villa (included in our stay) was restocked daily with a great selection of snacks and drinks. There wasn't much in the surrounding area; most activities were in the South， which was quite a drive， so we opted to relax at the resort. The weather was pleasant， with a constant light breeze that was a relief， and it wasn't as windy as we anticipated. We didn't encounter a single mosquito! We flew with Air Mauritius， and they were also very commendable. We would highly recommend staying at this resort.
