The Phra Chedi Klang Nam Mangrove Forest Learning Center in Mueang District, Rayong Province, was built in honor of His Majesty King Rama IX.
It is a large-scale ecosystem learning center.
This urban forest project is managed by the PTT Group.
It features large mangrove trees, providing shade. There are walking paths through the forest, pavilions for resting at intervals, and bridges connecting each point.
The elevated viewpoint offers clear views of Saeng Chan Beach.
Boats are available for a tour around the project. The fee is 30 minutes or an hour.

There is a command center with staff on duty to provide guidance on the project tour or for further information. No ticket is required. The project is free.

In front of the project, there is a community shop offering drinks and food.
