I ordered a bacon chive bagel at Seogwipian Bakery while I was traveling in Jeju for breakfast. It was bigger than I expected, and the outside was crispy and the inside was chewy, so the texture was satisfying. The salty savory taste of the bacon and the subtle scent of the chives went well with the bagel, creating a wonderful savory taste. Above all, it wasn't too salty, so it was okay to eat alone, and it tasted even better when I warmed it up a little. It was fresh, as if it had been baked right in the store, and I could feel the rich buttery scent faintly. When I ate it with Americano, it was a filling yet clean meal, and I thought I would definitely visit again at least once.
