【Shenzhen Futian】Big Brother: Signature Shaanxi cuisine, high cost performance

Among Chinese cuisine, Peking duck is one of my favorite dishes that I never get tired of. This time, a friend recommended 'Golden Duck Season'. The queue was incredibly long, but you can get a ticket via phone. We got ours an hour in advance, and even then, we still had to wait another half an hour upon arrival, showing just how popular this restaurant is.
The restaurant has a spacious layout, with enough distance between tables, making it very comfortable to dine in. 😌
As for the food:
- Duck Mince with Sweet Potato Noodles: This is one of their signature dishes. The sweet potato noodles are incredibly chewy, with a smooth texture and an unforgettable taste.
- Pickled Cabbage with Pork: A must-try appetizer with a tangy and slightly spicy flavor. The pickled cabbage is delicious, and it comes with a small serving of golden broth. 👍🏻👍🏻
- Peking Duck: The star of the show and a must-order for every table. The overall flavor is great—the duck skin is rich but not greasy, perfectly crispy on the outside. Paired with pancakes, cucumber, scallions, and sauce, it's a bite after bite delight.
