Singapore's Gastro-icon : Lau Pa Sat

When in Singapore, the go-to place to taste local culinary delights is Lau Pa Sat. Celebrating its 130th year anniversary, Lau Pa Sat hosted VIPs such as Ed Sheeran and more recently French President Macron. Indeed the food choices here are numerous ranging from Chinese, Muslim, Indian, western, turkish among others. We ended up eating at Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang, which is the World's First Michellin Nasi Lemak Hawker. We ordered the Nasi Lemak Ayam with Mackerel Otah and it is really superb! The architecture, the ambiance and of course the food makes Lau Pa Sat the place to be!
