📍 Raffles Hotel Exterior Review

When I first encountered the Raffles Hotel building, I immediately thought, "This is the perfect blend of classic and modern." The first thing that caught my eye was the clean exterior, dominated by white. The sunlight gently reflected off the white walls, and the details on the window frames and balconies were eye-catching.

My first impression was one of elegance and sophistication. The proportions and decorative elements of the building were understated, allowing me to naturally appreciate the charm of an old, classic hotel. Classic architectural elements like the window frames, balcony railings, and pillar decorations were neatly arranged, creating a sophisticated atmosphere despite its age.

I imagined the atmosphere would change at night, with the subtle lighting creating a playful interplay of shadows and light. While the daytime view is beautiful, I think the dusk or evening lights would be even more captivating for photos.

One thing I regret is that the surrounding landscaping and the exterior roadway obscure the hotel's exterior, making it a bit too oppressive. Sometimes, trees or other structures obscure parts of the building, making it difficult to capture the entire view from a distance.

Overall, the Raffles Hotel's exterior exudes a classic beauty, and it's a space that photographers, especially, will want to capture a few shots of in front of.
