Daohe Six Arts Cultural Center is located in the West District of Taichung City. It was built in 1937 and was a training ground for prison officers and police officers to practice judo and kendo on a daily basis during the Japanese colonial period. The so-called "Six Arts" refers to the six skills of etiquette, music, archery, charioteering, calligraphy, and mathematics, and the "Six Arts" are "etiquette. Tea ceremony", "music.
