I rarely use the word "stunning" to describe a place...

But after traveling so many times this year, the place that I keep thinking about is the Huangyan Grottoes in Taizhou! It's a hidden gem that deserves more attention.

📍Location: Huangyan Grottoes, Taizhou, Zhejiang.
🚘Transportation: From Hangzhou, take a high-speed train for about 1.5 hours to "Taizhou Station" or "Taizhou West Station." From there, it's a 15-minute taxi ride to the scenic area.
🎫Tickets: CNY 60 per person.
🕔Opening Hours: 10:00 - 17:00.

🌈Huangyan Grottoes Detailed Travel Guide
There are 3 grottoes in Huangyan Grottoes, and each grotto is connected to each other, so you can easily walk the loop.
🔶Grotto No. 1: The "face" of the scenic spot, the largest space, is super stunning as soon as you enter. There are many businesses in the cave, including a cafe, a pop-up store, and a bookstore. It's also super photogenic here, and you can take great photos anywhere!
🔶Grotto No. 2: There are many recreational activities, including outdoor experiences, boat rides, diving, and artistic performances.
🔶Grotto No. 3: There is a super large rock theater here, and you can enjoy delicious food in the rock cave restaurant when you are tired of shopping. The gashapon machine in the restaurant is dreamy and perfect for taking pictures.
🔶Grottoes Corridor: Connecting Grotto No. 1 and Grotto No. 2, a grotto art exhibition is being held here. 31 artists have brought unique artistic expressions around the "stone" element, which is very interesting.
