Every year, the Marunouchi and Otemachi areas display different themed Christmas decorations at several landmarks, including Maru Building, Shin-Maru Building, and Marunouchi Oazo. Based on past trends, the following events are predicted for 2025–2026:
• Maru Building, 1st Floor, Maru Cube
In the past, large trees measuring approximately 10–13 meters tall have been installed, featuring light shows and music. A collaboration with Super Mario has also been a hot topic.
• Shin-Maru Building, 3rd Floor, Atrium
Photogenic objects based on themes such as "Fantasia" and Disney, as well as the beauty of flowers and corridors, have been featured.
• Marunouchi Nakadori (Marunouchi Street Park)
The street trees are adorned with champagne gold illuminations, and there's a strong trend toward interactive events such as Christmas markets, food trucks, and skating rinks.
• GRANSTA TOKYO (including Square Zero)
In 2024, the flower-themed Christmas fair "TOKYO XMASTATION 2024" was held, featuring cakes with flower petal and poinsettia motifs. Specially ordered cakes are also available for pickup at Square Zero.
