Haven for Art Lovers: Discover the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum

Stop by on the weekends before it gets crowded...π£ It's open until Friday night, so it's a great place to stop by after work or school.
This time, photography is allowed in the "immersive exhibition," but over 30 original works and four letters have also been brought to Japan.β¨
I went on a weekday morning, and while there were a lot of people near the entrance, I was able to leisurely admire the Van Gogh self-portraits on the upper floors. It seems like it'll get even busier later in the exhibition, so it's best to go early.βοΈ
The phrase "The artist's dream, passed down through his family" is truly wonderful. Seeing the brushstrokes and colors up close was enough to make me shiver, and the paintings of the anatomical models were so impressive I even bought a postcard. (I've also compiled merchandise information in my highlights.ποΈ)
There was a line at the ticket counter, so if you're okay with e-tickets, I recommend preparing in advance!π I thought it might be a pain to search for them, so I've posted a story with the official URL in my highlights.
