The road to Salineras de Maras was thrilling in itself. If you take the bus, I definitely recommend sitting on the right side.. I'm sure you'll be amazed when you see the white salt farms unfolding before your eyes as you go down the winding road.
It was the rainy season, but luckily it didn't rain for a few days, so I was able to see the white salt farms sparkling. Each and every one of the endless pools looked like a work of art from nature, and the salt crystals reflecting the sunlight made me want to take pictures.
The salt farm scenery that got closer and closer as I went down was literally overwhelming...
Don't just go to Machu Picchu, but definitely pass through here.. The road there is so beautiful.
