Located next to the Shangdu Ruins, Haodu New Image is a commercial attraction that blends ancient and modern elements. It uses the concept of 'Haodu Story' as its foundation and showcases the value of various brands in an ancient-style setting.
The experience of strolling through the area is quite pleasant. The commercial street incorporates a lot of ancient architectural elements, somewhat reminiscent of Hangzhou's Southern Song Imperial Street.
There is a city wall light and shadow show every evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. On the south side of the City Wall Park, a 50-meter-long giant screen projection displays stunning visual effects using oracle bone script and other cultural symbols from the Shang Dynasty.
Haodu New Image is a newly emerging attraction in Zhengzhou. It is supported by the Zhengzhou Confucian Temple and the Shangdu Ruins Museum. Having just opened at the end of September this year, it is a street district that combines innovation with a retro vibe.
