Kunming four-day self-driving tour of the warm time of July

  • Number of days: 4 days
  • Time: July
  • Average cost: 1650 yuan
  • With whom: With friends
  • Updated: 2020.07.30

Kunming is like spring in all seasons, and this time I came to Kunming bedroom to fully feel it. The north has completely entered the high temperature of thirty-seven or eight degrees, and Kunming, about 20 degrees back and forth, is simply too comfortable.

Itinerary
In

four days, we visited quite a lot of places. Yunnan Provincial Museum, Dianchi Lake, Yunnan Ethnic Village, Yunnan University, Cuihu Park, etc. have all been played.

Favorite provincial museums, Dianchi Lake and Cuihu Park.

Transportation Four-day

itinerary, if you want to save as much time as possible to visit more attractions, you can only rent a car. I rented a car from a hi rental car, and the pick-up and return of the car is at the airport store. The three of them rented a car, and the cost was evenly distributed, and the price was not expensive. With fuel added, it is 40 per capita a day.

Accommodation
There

is nothing to worry about here in Kunming, there are all prices. We live in Zhongwei Tianheng, more than 600 a night. Nowadays, basically the prices of various hotels are not high, after all, it is difficult for everyone to fill the room due to the epidemic, so now is also an opportunity to stay in a good hotel.

Guandu Ancient Town
When

we arrived at Kunming Changshui Airport on the first day, it was 9 o'clock in the evening, and we first went to the Yihi store to pick up the car, which was in the underground parking lot of the airport, which was very close and convenient. After checking the car condition and other issues, I drove directly to the hotel to rest after completing the car pick-up procedures.

We went to Guandu Ancient Town early the next morning.

Because we went too early, many stores hadn't opened yet, so we parked our car in one place and walked away.

It's still very knowledgeable here. We saw red potatoes. If I can't cook, I really want to buy some to take back.

There are some breakfast spots on the roadside, mainly for the surrounding residents. I bought a roasted bait cube, it tasted good.

When the shops were open, the ancient town became lively. The surrounding area is surrounded by some ancient buildings, and all kinds of things are sold in the shops. There are Yunnan specialties and some snacks.

In my memory, rice noodles across the bridge are a specialty of Yunnan, and in Guandu Ancient Town, you must eat a meal of rice noodles across the bridge. It feels much better than the rice noodles I ate in Jinan.

Yunnan Provincial Museum

After leaving Guandu Ancient Town, we went to the Yunnan Provincial Museum again. When you arrive in this kind of prefecture-level city, you must visit the provincial expo.

The Yunnan Provincial Museum is very close to Guandu Ancient Town, just diagonally opposite, just walk over.

The shape of the provincial museum is also very artistic, and from the outside it looks like a lot of geometric figures

The

Provincial Museum has two free lectures every day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

The collection in the museum is particularly rich, including bronze, ceramics, lacquerware, etc., and each cultural relic has a story behind it.

There are several collections here that have been on the National Treasure. From the cultural relics, we can also see the historical changes of Kunming at that time.

Yunnan Ethnic Village
The

ticket price of Yunnan Ethnic Village is slightly higher, 90 yuan. There is a parking lot nearby and parking is convenient. Note that you will navigate to the scenic spot service center. The service center has a leaflet, be sure to take one, with a map and tour routes. It will be used when playing.

You can see some shops renting ethnic costumes at the entrance of the scenic spot, and it is really good to take photos in this kind of clothes.

If you want to know more about the situation of ethnic villages, you can find a docent (paid). Listening to them, the docent explained very meticulously.

Overall, I think the ornamental nature of the ethnic village is still okay.

Note: This is not a place where 100% Yunnan locals have lived for many years, in fact, many of them are man-made attractions, which is a pity.

Dianchi Lake

is free and is a particularly large artificial lake. This is our itinerary for the next day. In fact, it is best to take pictures of Dianchi Lake in winter, because there will be many red-billed gulls flying over. If we go this time, all we see is a big lake, and there are no other highlights, so we left after a short stop in Dianchi Lake.

Yunnan Army Lecture Hall Former Site

This place also does not require a ticket. Please note that the attraction is closed on Mondays. At first, I didn't know its history at all, but my girlfriend said I could go in and take a look. After arriving, I found out that this place is very famous and is one of the three major martial arts halls.

The point is that many founding fathers and founding generals have studied here.

The lecture hall is inconspicuous from the outside, and it exists quietly in the city of Kunming.

Yunnan University

Yunnan University can now also enter. This is also the most famous university in Yunnan, and the scenery inside is particularly beautiful.

The buildings here are also very national, with many big red buildings and very saturated colors.

There are many ginkgo trees on campus, and sometimes you will encounter little squirrels. Therefore, you can prepare a little melon seeds and feed them after encountering little squirrels.

After coming out of Yunnan University, you can eat in some small shops nearby. Because of the epidemic, some stores are not open.

We went to a store to eat fried bait shreds, and when we first saw it, it felt like rice cakes, but it tasted different.

Cuihu Park

When we drove to Cuihu Park, we checked the information and found that red-billed gulls will come here to spend the winter in winter, just like the feeling in Dianchi Lake.

In this way, it is a good plan to come to Kunming in winter.

The summer in Cuihu Park is also very beautiful. There are many lotus flowers here, and they bloom beautifully. There are also some buds, which are also very beautiful.

Cuihu Park is a good place to relax, and many local citizens come to play.

The name Jinma Bijifang

I remembered for a long time before I remembered it. This building is a landmark of Kunming and is very famous. The origin of fame is related to Jinma Mountain and Biji Mountain. There are no highlights during the day, but it is very lively at night.

There is a night market here at night, where you can eat a lot of local snacks.

Shilin & Jiuxiang
On

the third day, we set off for Shilin. The stone forest is far from the city, about two hours by car.

The stones on this side of the stone forest are formed naturally, so I admire the magic of nature as the creator.

Many stones on this side of the stone forest have their own names, which are mainly named based on what the stone forest looks like. For example, the picture above does not look like a cat. When I checked the photos later, I thought it was a big cat on it.

After leaving the stone forest, we went to Jiuxiang again. The highlight of Jiuxiang is that there is a cave here, which is particularly famous. The scenery of Jiuxiang is also very good.

Leaving the city of Kunming and coming to these two natural landscapes, the mood became cheerful.

Zhuanxin Farmer's Market

On the fourth day, we went to the farmers' market. This farmers' market is particularly large and contains many kinds of fruits, all of which are delicious.

Key points: There are also a lot of fungi here, and you can buy some to take home to eat.

We bought some blueberries, 18 yuan, more than a pound, very sweet.

When we got to the airport, we also saw a rainbow. The whole trip has a perfect ending because of this rainbow.
