Upscale restaurant suggestions , good steak ft walton

We are staying 4 nights at the island resort later this month. Cant wait to go to Stewbys and to the boardwalk restaurants but also looking for a couple of upscale restaurants within a easy uber. My perfect world would be at least one up scale steak house (wife puts up with my seafood so I need to treat her to a good filet).
