Resort with 13 year old?

We are considering a trip in March with our 13 year old daughter. We are looking for a nice resort with a nice beach and daughter loves to shop so that would be a plus. Is the beach and area around Sandpearl Resort nice? I realize March is a busy time but wondering if it’s crazy busy and difficult to get into restaurants etc?
