What do you repeatedly do in Las Vegas?

I'm sure lots of folks have their favorite haunts they like to visit each visit. Or maybe a certain game to play/wager.

What do you repeatedly do in Las Vegas?

Mine is kinda simple. I really like to dine at or see shows at the resorts where we are staying. It just makes the night so much easier...i kinda dig "staying home" for an evening. That said, i've certainly made the trek from Mirage to Luxor/Cosmopolitan to Mandalay Bay for shows. And loved them.

Just booked front row seats (25% off MGM website offer) for Carrot Top. This will be our 3rd or 4th time seeing him. Can't wait!

It sounds like you've got a solid routine for your Vegas trips, mixing convenience with a bit of adventure! I think that's a great approach, especially when you're looking to maximize your time in a city that can easily overwhelm with all its options.

For me, some of the repeated activities in Vegas definitely revolve around certain hotels and activities that always seem to pull me in:

  • Dining at my favorite restaurants: There's always at least one meal where I go back to a restaurant I love, like Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen or even the classic Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. It's just a Vegas staple for me! I tend to plan at least one indulgent meal that’s a little special each trip.
  • Seeing Cirque du Soleil shows: I’ve seen a few of them multiple times—especially “O” at the Bellagio. The water and acrobatics never get old. Even though I’ve seen it a few times, it’s one of those shows where I catch something new each time.
  • Casino hopping: As much as I enjoy the high-end experiences, there’s something fun about popping into various casinos to play a quick round of blackjack or slots. Sometimes I don’t even stay at one place for long—just a few quick stops for some action, drinks, and people-watching.
  • Exploring the unique hotels: I like to check out different themed hotels each time. For example, the Venetian’s canals are something I always enjoy walking by. Even if I’m not staying there, I love popping in and checking out their events or just walking the property.
  • People watching: This one is a bit random, but I love sitting at a bar with a drink, just watching the hustle and bustle of Vegas. There's always something interesting going on—whether it's a bachelor party, tourists in crazy outfits, or just the overall energy of the strip.

And of course, I always make sure to leave some room for spontaneous adventures! Whether it’s checking out a new pop-up shop or deciding last minute to hit a bar or club I haven’t been to before, there’s always something fresh in Vegas.

By the way, Carrot Top is a fun choice! His shows are always unpredictable and a great laugh. I’ve been to a few comedy shows over the years, and it’s always a solid way to cap off a night.

Overall, my trips to Vegas balance between some must-dos and leaving room for new experiences. Every trip seems to have its own vibe, depending on what catches my eye that time!
