Best mid-price dinner on the strip?
Staying three nights in Vegas. We will be very busy with local friends and have one night to ourselves. Staying two nights at rhe nugget and going to dinner at Barry’s Saturday night. Moving to the strip (Caesars) for one night and are looking for a nice dinner that’s maybe a little cheaper than Barry’s will be. Suggestions? We don’t want/need anything stuffy. Maybe $250 max for two with drinks.
It sounds like you’ve got a fun trip planned, and finding a great mid-price dinner on the Strip is always a top priority. Given that you’re looking for something a little more affordable than Barry’s (but still delicious and lively), here are some fantastic options within your $250 budget for two, including drinks:
- Carson Kitchen – Located just off Fremont Street, but easily accessible from the Strip, Carson Kitchen offers a trendy, upscale vibe without the high price tag. Known for their creative small plates and craft cocktails, it’s a great spot if you want something with an eclectic menu. You can expect to spend about $100-150 for two with drinks, depending on your choice of dishes.
- STK Las Vegas – If you want a stylish steakhouse experience without breaking the bank, STK is a solid choice. Located at The Cosmopolitan, STK has a vibrant atmosphere, offering classic steaks, seafood, and creative sides. For a nice dinner, you should be able to stay within your budget of $250 with drinks, especially if you stick to the main courses and sides.
- Giada – Located at The Cromwell, Giada offers a beautiful view of the Strip and serves up modern Italian cuisine. With a variety of pasta dishes, seafood, and a wide selection of wines, it’s perfect for a romantic night out without the stuffiness. Expect to spend around $150-200 for two with drinks.
- Bazaar Meat by José Andrés – If you're in the mood for something a little different, Bazaar Meat at SLS Las Vegas offers a unique dining experience with a focus on innovative meats and tapas-style sharing plates. The prices here are moderate, and you can enjoy a variety of creative cocktails and meats for around $200 for two.
- Beauty & Essex – Located inside The Cosmopolitan, Beauty & Essex has a trendy and eclectic atmosphere, with a menu that combines upscale comfort food and creative cocktails. You can enjoy a great dinner here for around $150-200, including drinks. The vibe is lively and fun, and it’s a great spot if you want a bit of excitement while dining.
Each of these restaurants offers delicious food and a lively atmosphere, while also staying within your budget. If you’re looking to save a bit on the drinks, some of these spots have happy hour specials, or you could consider ordering wine or cocktails by the glass instead of by the bottle.
Enjoy your night out in Vegas!
