Chevron princeville

The general store is closed but is the gas station still operating?

Good question. Based on current (2025) information, the “Chevron” at 5-4280 Kūhiō Highway, Princeville is permanently closed, according to MapQuest.

Here’s what’s going on instead:

  • The original North Shore General Store, which used to be part of that gas-station/convenience site, shut down in November to make way for an expansion of the Princeville Shopping Center.
  • As part of the shopping center redevelopment, a new Aloha Gas station has opened in Princeville.
  • The “Princeville Service Station” listed in the shopping center directory is operating under the Union 76 brand (not Chevron).

Bottom line: The Chevron (and its store) that was in Princeville appears to be closed, and the gas station there now operates as a Union 76 / Aloha Petroleum station. So you won’t be able to pump Chevron-brand gas at that address anymore, but you can still refuel there under the new branding.
