HELP - Key West restaurant name?

Question

Does anyone know the name of the bar/restaurant overlooking Duval that always has amazing music? I think its above Bikini Village, but doesn't show the name on Google! I remember hearing some great singing. It has stairs to the side, and tables on an open balcony. Think its a white wooden building.

Any recommendations for best food anywhere, like specific dishes are welcome too! :)
