Help with 5* hotel in Atlanta in late September

Trying to find the best option in Atlanta for a weekend 2 nights stay. Every high end property have issues Nobu bad location and service, Waldorf outdated rooms, St Regis is crazy expensive, etc, we stayed last year in Intercontinental and do not want to repeat, although we like this property. We do not need closeness to Atlanta attractions, because we will spend most time in hotel and then Uber to ATL.

Main criteria modern rooms and bathroom and good breakfast.

Thanks
