I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Priceless Rentals was honestly horrendous and I need to warn others. We had a confirmed booking, paid in full, and even got a payment receipt with a promised pickup time of 10 AM. But guess what? They didn’t give us the car until 12:45 PM — over two and a half hours late! Why? Because they overbooked.
When we arrived, there were five other people waiting just like us, all frustrated and stuck. The staff was not only rude but downright aggressive. When we asked what was going on, they just said “you’ll get your money back” — like that made everything okay. They made us wait on purpose, it felt like they were trying to wear us down.
By the time we finally got the car at 1 PM, we had already missed two important house viewings we’d scheduled that morning. And it only got worse. We had booked through a third party and already had insurance arranged, but they refused to accept it. Instead, they forced us to buy a more expensive insurance through them. No apologies. No accountability. Just anger at us for complaining.
The customer service was a joke too, put on hold for 18 minutes straight, and when we finally got someone, they were completely useless. And the worst part? It’s been 20 days since the rental, and we still haven’t gotten back the $200 security deposit they took from us. No communication, no updates, nothing. Can't speak to them because they keep putting us on hold.
I'm really sorry to hear about your terrible experience with Priceless Rentals. It sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when you're dealing with time-sensitive issues like house viewings and having to wait unnecessarily. Based on your description, this rental company seems to have serious operational and customer service issues that other potential customers should be aware of. Here are a few tips and recommendations in light of your experience:
It’s unfortunate that companies like this can tarnish what should be an easy and convenient experience, especially when you’ve paid in full and planned ahead. I hope this helps, and I wish you much better luck with your future rental experiences!
