Can I please get some feedback between Pier House (no ocean view room) and

The Reach Hotel( with Ocean view room) its about $800 difference. The Reach is more expensive but aside from that what location is better For the action of Duval street/Malorey Square. Which hotel has a better beach area. Thanks for any information
