International restaurant with a romantic atmosphere

An international restaurant with a luxurious and romantic atmosphere located on the 9th floor of the SILQ Hotel & Residence with the Weaver restaurant.

Here, they provide All Day Dining service and also have a variety of international menus to choose from, including Italian, Thai and Indian food, such as:

- Mazara Del Vallo Prawn Carpaccio, sweet shrimp, seasoned with the right amount of sour and sweet, with a well-rounded aroma. I have to say that I really like this menu.
- Spicy Grilled Beef Salad, a Thai-style grilled beef menu with an incredibly spicy taste.
- Mezze Maniche Nduja Sausage Pasta, with a slightly spicy taste that goes well with the soft pasta.
- Massaman Curry Beef, stewed beef that is so soft that it almost melts in your mouth. Massaman curry is extremely spicy.
- Chicken Biryani, fragrant with spices, rice grains are beautifully arranged, and the taste is well-rounded.

Each menu is created by chefs from each country, with an authentic taste for sure.

After eating, we continued to a luxurious bar that brings together whiskeys from around the world for us to try, The White Mulberry, with a Happy Hour promotion, buy 1 get 1 free every day from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. There is also great music to listen to every Wednesday night.
