The rolled noodles here are served dry and have various condiments for you to add (similar to dry tom yum noodles). We ordered stewed beef tongue rolled noodles, which were super delicious. The taste was amazing! We also ordered salmon noodles to try, which were also good. We ended with pork buns, coconut pie, and tomato cheese. We were so full 😋🍜🥮🥗🍔
