Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles

Tsuta Japanese Soba Noodles, a delicious soba restaurant at CentralWorld. Today, I tried Tsuta's signature shoyu soup. The soup is amazing! It's based on chicken, fish, and shellfish, and topped with black truffle sauce, mushroom cream sauce, and balsamic vinegar.
The flavor is well-balanced and the truffle aroma is incredibly delicious. The soba noodles are also good, with a slight firmness.
I also ordered the chashu pork to try. It was incredibly delicious with a grilled aroma. I highly recommend it. I didn't expect it to be this delicious.
The gyoza were also good. The pork hamburger rice, with a slightly sweet sauce, was also delicious. Overall, everything was delicious, but my favorites were the chashu pork and the soba. The soup was incredibly flavorful.
The soba is a bit on the high side.
I highly recommend it. Come and try it.
