If you're a fan of Korean BBQ and want to try some authentic Korean food but don't want to waste time finding a restaurant, we recommend Jinseng. Located on Sukhumvit Road near BTS Asok, it's very easy to get to.

We went in the evening, and the atmosphere was great. The tables weren't crowded, and the music was just right. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of marinated pork greeted us.

We ordered the BBQ buffet. We started with pork neck, a perfectly thick slice of pork belly, grilled to a crispy perfection with a juicy interior. It was served with side dishes of kimchi, seaweed, and fresh vegetables. It was a perfect combination without much thought.

The soup was also delicious and easy to swallow, making the long pork slurping even more enjoyable. My favorite part was that the staff grilled and cut the meat for us, allowing us to simply enjoy the meal and chat with friends.
