Wat Sri Suphan, the world's first exquisite silver chapel
Wat Sri Suphan is located on Wualai Road, Tambon Hai Ya, Mueang District, Chiang Mai Province. It was built in 2043, more than 500 years ago. It was built during the reign of King Mueang Kaew, the King of Chiang Mai, and Queen Siriyaswadi, the Queen Mother, who ordered Maha Amat Chao Muen Luang Cha Kham to build a temple called Wat Sri Suphan Aram, which was later shortened to Wat Sri Suphan. Inside the temple, there is the world's first silver chapel, which was built by the villagers with the intention of preserving the silverware of the Wualai community. It is also a community that makes famous silverware in Chiang Mai Province.
It is an old temple built since the Lanna Kingdom. Importantly, it has beautiful architecture and unique patterns.
Phra Chao Chet Tue, the faith of Wat Sri Suphan
There is also another story about Phra Chao Chet Tue, which is that he once performed a miracle by bathing in the pond next to the chapel and granted blessings to those with pure minds and morality, especially women and those with special abilities, whether Thai or foreign. Where everyone can feel the power of 3 pairs: Yin-Yang power, hot-cold power, and money power of Lord Chet Tue, making the faithful come to pay homage and ask for blessings even more.
