If you're in Hangzhou and strolling around West Lake, we recommend Siyanjing Street, near Manjuelong Street.
These two streets are home to a variety of cafes nestled in the mountains, offering B&Bs, coffee shops, afternoon tea bars, and numerous restaurants. Many offer unique views and beautiful décor. The most popular cafe is DOMO Coffee, which was even visited by the famous actress Zhao Lusi.

The atmosphere is truly amazing.
