The staff is friendly, respectful, and they truly prioritize guest care. From check-in to breakfast and room cleanliness, everything is executed efficiently. The Saigon Kitchen's breakfast buffet sets a high bar with its live kitchen serving eggs, Pho, fresh juices, and an excellent selection of bakery items - truly top-notch. This indicates strong quality management and leadership; we thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. Should we return to HCMC, Hotel Des Arts Saigon will be our choice once more. 👏👊👍
