Outstanding Support from Our Honeymoon Concierge

Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Shane, our personal concierge during our honeymoon stay. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful; she had all our restaurant reservations arranged the day we got there. This allowed us to enjoy the property rather than worry about dinner plans. Shane invested a lot of time in assisting us with diving arrangements so we could get certified as Advanced Open Water divers, and she even prepared a small cake to celebrate! I highly recommend her as an excellent personal concierge, especially for those who prefer communicating in Chinese. She made dish suggestions and translated the restaurant menu for us each night. Shane also helped us repeatedly with scheduling and rescheduling activities due to rain and adverse weather.
