[Nagoya/Osu] A long-established noodle shop founded in 1952

🥢Asahiro Main Store
📍Osu, Nagoya (5 minutes walk from Kamimaezu Station)

This time I ordered

・Shrimp tempura and egg in miso stew (1350 yen)

・Small rice (180 yen)

️📝

Nagoya specialty miso stewed udon served in a clay pot with a bubbling sound🥢
Asahiro's miso stew is milder than it looks, with a distinctive mellow miso flavor✨️
The slightly chewy udon noodles are firmly entangled in the soup, and the gentle flavor of the shrimp tempura and egg envelops the whole thing☺️

The shrimp tempura has a crispy batter and the shrimp is plump.
The egg was soft and soft, so I enjoyed it until the end without getting bored🙌
Eating it with rice will make you feel even more satisfied!

In Nagoya, it is standard to use the lid as a side plate🙆♀️

This restaurant is also popular because Fujii Souta had "Miso-stewed udon with shrimp tempura and eggs" for lunch during the Kisei match✨️

Celebrities were also visiting on the day, so it seems to be a popular restaurant not only with locals but also with tourists💕

It seems that they have been loved for many years for not only udon but also Chinese noodles, so I would like to try that next time☺️

✍️This time, I visited on a weekday lunch, and there was a wait of about two groups, and I was able to enter the restaurant in about 15 minutes.

There are only table seats, so you may have to wait longer than you think.
