The biggest feature of Sfen Laojie is that the railroad runs through the middle of the town. Usually, the railroad is outside the town, but in Sfen, the railroad is the center of the market.

As you walk around here, you can easily see people freely taking pictures or looking at souvenirs on the railroad. Not only tourists, but also locals naturally go back and forth on the railroad and spend their daily lives.😆

However, the train actually runs here! At a certain time, you can hear the sound of a train from afar, and the shop owners wave and say, "The train is coming!" Then, everyone gets off the railroad and gathers on the side of the road to watch the train pass right in front of them. The vibration and noise you can feel up close, and the tension of that moment were really thrilling. It was also impressive to see the peaceful atmosphere return after the train passed!!👍

What makes Spun Laojie even more romantic is the sky lanterns that decorate the sky.
If you hold a sky lantern with a wish written on it on the old railroad, and shout "one, two, three!" and release it into the sky, the sky lanterns will slowly rise over the railroad and spread out into the sky~🎈

There are small shops on both sides of Spun Laojie. Most of them are located in traditional buildings full of old atmosphere, so when you walk along the railroad, you will naturally feel like you have traveled back in time!😆

I ate chicken wing fried rice (雞翅包飯) at the shop. Chicken wing bone removed and rice inside, it was crispy but moist inside, really delicious!!👍
