The Osaka fried beef cutlet "Gyukatsu Motomura" that I've always missed

Recently, the Osaka Expo has been a hot topic, but what popped into my mind was this super popular and unforgettable fried beef cutlet spot, the top of its kind. It's right outside JR Osaka Station, the longest line at the Umeda department store Lucua 10F 😂

🌟 I only fell in love with it so late because I used to wonder why steak needed to be fried 🤣 The first bite revealed the exquisite texture: you can enjoy the tenderness of the beef while pan-searing it to your preferred doneness, and the crispy bread crumbs still remain. Before you know it, you can finish one piece (guys are recommended to eat 1.5 pieces or more) 😋

🌟 Each person gets a small stove, so you can cook the meat to your liking. With three dipping sauces—grated yam, sweet mustard sauce, and soy mustard—and a side dish like pickled vegetables to mix with the rice, the Japanese white rice is unbeatable, as everyone knows. The fried beef cutlet is truly delicious 💕 Ending with warabi mochi as dessert is also fantastic!

📍530-0001 Osaka Prefecture, Osaka City, Kita-ku, Umeda 3-chome 1-3 LUCUA 10F

💰 Average cost per person: starting at 1 piece Wagyu 1930 yen, 1.5 pieces Wagyu 2600 yen, 2 pieces Wagyu 3060 yen (no sharing allowed)
