Pros
- The staffs are very good. When you arrive before check-in time, they will ask for your phone number. When you get a room, they will call you and bring your bag to your room.
- The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are so good that we bought it, lol.
- Breakfast: stir-fried river prawns with tamarind sauce + tom yum kung and sticky rice with mango is delicious. They refill all the time, but only a little at a time. You have to keep watching to see if they refill it.
Cons
1. **** Very important ****
The room smells really bad. At first, we got room 226. When we went in, we felt dizzy because the room smelled so bad. It felt musty and ammonia-like. We couldn't stay there. We called the front desk and they sent the maid to come and look. We asked the maid if she smelled bad. The maid said she was used to the smell, lol. We asked her to change rooms.
When we changed to room 236, at first, it didn't smell at all. But after staying for a while and turning on the air conditioner, it smelled the same. The smell must have come from the air conditioner. So we left it because we were too lazy to find a new room. I think it might smell again.
2. Not many facilities, swimming pool, small fitness center, reading room, and old and narrow elevator.
In conclusion, if this hotel doesn't have a highlight of river shrimp, there's nothing to remark that you have to come. The price is around 3,000 per night for weekdays. You can easily stay at other hotels with better rooms and facilities. 💖
