A must-see for those who love raw liverโ๏ธ๐
Introducing Buchon Yukhoe, which has been featured in the Michelin Guide for many years, where you can eat your fill of fresh yukhoe and raw liverโจ
Located in Gwangjang Market in Seoul, Korea
There is a main store and an annex, and this time we went to the annex๐ฝ๏ธ
We had seen information that there would be a line at the main store, so we went to the annex,
but we visited around 7pm on a weekday and were able to enter right away! โจ
We ordered yukhoe bibimbap and a menu with omasum and liver on one plateโฉ
The yukhoe bibimbap was topped with plenty of yukhoe and also contained pear, and when we poured the gochujang sauce on it and mixed it well, it was very delicious๐คคโก
It was only 10,000 won, so it was great value for money...! The kimchi and soup served as appetizers are delicious and very satisfying ๐ฏ
There is a menu written in Japanese inside the store, so even first-time customers can order with confidence ^^
