Softbar Ice Cream is located in the popular Seongsu-dong shopping district.
It's only been open for a little over a year or two, but it's already incredibly popular. They specialize in monthly ice cream flavors, paired with taiyaki fillings. They also have the ever-popular pistachio flavor!

The pistachio ice cream isn't overly sweet, and the pistachios sprinkled all over the top give it a rich flavor!

Softbar is small, with a retro American-style decor and only a few waiting areas.
