Yearning for a quiet afternoon tea break? This is the cafe that i would head to, if I would like a mid day break away from the hustle and bustle and just wind down to a cup of coffee or tea and some great cakes. This cafe is called Rise. I love the quiet corners and the warm ambience of Rise cafe, it is a nice hang out place which is not too boisterous.

You will be attracted to their cakes and baked items on display. They are pretty and yummy, especially their orh nee yam cake, strawberry shortcake and hazelnut chocolate praline cake which i always order. Ice cream and waffles are sold here too. For the best pairing, order their mocha which is milky and not acidic. Highly recommend Rise cafe for the best afternoon tea break experience!
