Rise Cafe Singapore

A new pastry & ice cream café has just opened their doors in Potong Pasir! Thought up by the minds behind @cafecocosg, Rise definitely stood out for their gorgeous peachy pink aesthetics and adorable cakes. 😍

The café isn’t big but they certainly put in the effort to make good use of every section; almost every corner is Instagram-worthy! ✨ Their artisanal bakes all looked delightfully delicious too, as though they were drawn to life! We got the 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲, which was confusing when we first heard it (sounded like two separate cakes). Anyway, unlike a regular cheesecake, it has a crumbly texture and tasted more of strawberries. 🍓 The 𝗣𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗼 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 has a mild nutty sweetness, not so much of the honey but guess its subtle. 🍯
