Individual horse farms to tour?

I'm aware of the Gypsy Gold horse farm tour and also of the Farm Tours of Ocala guided tour that takes you to 3 horse farms. But are there any individual horse farms (other than Gypsy Gold) where you can pay to take a tour of that farm only? I have relatives coming in from out of state who are horse racing fans, but they'd prefer driving their own vehicle and visiting just one thoroughbred race horse farm over doing a guided van tour that goes to 3 different horse farms.
