Yoga studios near Hotel Maren

My daughters & I are heading to Ft. in April & staying at Hotel Maren . We’re anxious to find a yoga studio nearby.

Hotel Maren sits at the southern end of Fort Lauderdale Beach, so you’ll be within a short walk or quick rideshare of several excellent yoga studios. The area is well-known for beachfront classes, boutique studios, and fitness-centered hotels, so you’ll have plenty of options depending on the style and atmosphere you prefer.

Below are some of the closest and most popular studios and class options near Hotel Maren. Distances are approximate from the hotel and described without links, as requested.

  • Yoga Joint – Las Olas (about 5–7 minutes by car): Known for energizing hot yoga and fusion classes. Their signature classes blend strength, flow, and heat, so this is a great option if you enjoy a challenging workout. The studio is modern, clean, and popular with locals.
  • Sol Yoga in Flagler Village (about 10 minutes by car): A trendy, beautifully designed hot yoga studio offering a mix of power flow and slower classes. The vibe is upscale and wellness-oriented. Ideal if you want both a strong practice and a spa-like environment.
  • Yoga Factory Fort Lauderdale (approximately 10–12 minutes): Offers hot yoga, power classes, and flow-based sessions with an emphasis on alignment. They have a strong community feel and a wide schedule for morning and evening visitors.

If you prefer to stay close to the beach, or even practice outdoors with ocean breezes, these are excellent nearby options:

  • Fort Lauderdale Beach Park Yoga (about a 10–12 minute walk north of Hotel Maren): Usually offers sunrise or sunset donation-based classes directly on the sand. This is perfect if you want a peaceful, scenic session just steps from the ocean.
  • Beach Yoga at Las Olas Beach (roughly a 10–15 minute walk): Casual, drop-in friendly outdoor classes with local instructors. Sessions vary from gentle flow to stronger vinyasa depending on the teacher.
  • Hotel-Based or Nearby Resort Classes: Some nearby resorts often host guest-friendly yoga classes. Even if not staying there, many allow drop-ins for a small fee. These can be convenient if you want to stay within walking distance.

For the easiest experience, you may want to mix a combination of indoor studio classes and outdoor beachfront sessions. Beach yoga is especially lovely in April when temperatures are warm but not yet at their summer peak. If you and your daughters prefer more structured flows or heated rooms, the Las Olas and Flagler Village studios are your best bet.

Between these options, you’ll have access to everything from restorative sunrise stretches by the water to high-energy hot yoga workouts, all within a short distance of Hotel Maren. Enjoy your spring getaway and your practice!
